Service Agreement

Digital Double: Scale Your Brand & Content with AI
Effective Date: August 31, 2025

This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Lailah Lynn Media (“Provider”) and the purchaser (“Client”) of the course Digital Double: Scale Your Brand & Content with AI (“Course”). By enrolling in the Course, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions.

The Course includes recorded lessons, live sessions, digital workbooks, tutorials, and access to resources designed to teach the Client how to build and use an AI digital twin for brand and content purposes. The Client will receive access to the Course portal immediately upon successful payment.

Live sessions will be hosted once a week for the first four weeks beginning September 23, 2025, and once per month for the following five months. The Provider will record all live sessions, and these recordings will be made available within the Course portal for later access.

Payments may be made via card or through approved third-party payment providers such as Afterpay and Klarna.

Due to the digital nature of the Course, all sales are final and no refunds will be granted under any circumstances. By completing enrollment, the Client understands and accepts this no-refund policy.

All Course materials, including videos, live session recordings, workbooks, tutorials, digital tools, and proprietary resources, are the exclusive intellectual property of the Provider. The Client is granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the Course materials solely for their personal and business purposes. The Client is strictly prohibited from copying, reproducing, sharing, reselling, distributing, or otherwise exploiting any Course materials in any format without the express written consent of the Provider. Any unauthorized use or distribution of Course content will be considered an infringement of intellectual property rights and will result in immediate termination of access to the Course. The Provider reserves the right to pursue legal action and financial damages against any individual or entity found to be misusing or unlawfully distributing Course content.

The Client acknowledges that results from the Course will vary based on individual effort and application of the strategies taught. The Provider makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, financial results, or brand growth. The Course is provided “as is,” and the Provider disclaims all warranties, express or implied. The Client accepts full responsibility for applying the lessons, strategies, and tools provided.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Virginia. By enrolling in Digital Double: Scale Your Brand & Content with AI, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by this Agreement.
